Moon, Venus & Jupiter conjunction
1998 April 23






On the morning of April 23th, a close conjunction of the Moon, Venus and Jupiter was visible from Reunion Island.
My friends of the ARECA (Association Reunionnaise pour l'Etude du Ciel Austral) and I have sent live images of the close conjunction on this page.
The first image was taken at 01:14 UT. Due to an overcast weather no good images were taken after 6:45 UT even if we were still tracking at 10:00 UT.
